As we approach the opening day of Muskoka Fashion Week July 14-20, we are so excited to feature five new collections on the runway! We have fur-lined cashmere, upcycled vintage fur, and seal fashion & accessories by Inuit designer Aaju Peter. The opportunity to visit the stunning region of the Muskoka with its iconic Canadian backdrops of exposed granite, sparkling lakes and lush green forest allows for the perfect canvas to showcase the timeless heritage elegance of fur fashion. Deeply rooted in Canada’s history, fur is not only the obvious sustainable choice but a timeless luxury in a fast moving world that often prioritizes convenience over quality.

We are also so fortunate to have Nora Lacasse join us as our Brand Collaborator. She has been so kind as to take a small break from her pursuit in becoming Miss Universe Canada as she prepares to take the stage in August to compete. Her advocacy for fur as a sustainable resource for fashion aligns with our vision for the future in what we hope to change and evolve away from fast fashion. We are very thankful for this collaborative relationship. We especially want to thank Muskoka Fashion Week and Pie Media Group for this opportunity to show Canada that Fur is making a comeback now more than ever with a new and modern sustainable take.
